I think he's quite right, and these things are always about the context of how the joke was told, not to mention what many of us laugh at in private...

If memory serves correct a lot of middle eastern ethnicity comedians made jokes after September 11th about the terrorists and were treated similarly, I think it's a problem that people get offended on other peoples behalves now. Mind you, Jimmy Carr's material has sailed a little close to my comfort zone a few times, but saying that I have laughed at dead baby jokes...

The media always go OTT with this sort of stuff, the Jonathan Ross, Russell Brand incident on the JR radio show only snowballed after the media got wind of it and published the story.

In my opinion stupid street is spreading fast, you wont be allowed to laugh to a fart soon.

The people who went to his live show should know what kind of humour to expect from him. It's not like he's an unknkwn comedian. Morons.
