Its a can of worms as many small businesses are destined for failure as they have really bad business plans, the banks know this and won't touch them. Then there is the middle ground where the chances are good but the risks are still high. We have all seen shops open up in towns and cities and thought, that won't be there long, and that's exactly what the banks see. |
