Good on them, if only we could have a Democratic vote on whether we could become Citizens of a Republic rather than Subjects of a Monarchy.

I know what you mean, but you know our politicians and 'mission creep'... You'd want somebody elected by the people ideally, but even then you get someone who's affiliated somehow, or even worse, a 'star' Frankly, the public can't be trusted
