I can believe that. I put on loads of weight with my old job sat behind computers for twelve hours a day. |

I have to say I found I ate healthier while I worked in an office than when I didn't Saying that I did a lot less excercise, like right now, swings and roundabouts I guess. |

I went from a job where I was up and about on my feet all day for about 15 hours, eating breakfast at home (cereal), breakfast at work (porridge, or maybe hash browns and eggs), mid morning snack (cake & biscuits), lunch (something like a steak or pasta), afternoon snack (sandwiches and cake), then a dinner at home, to sitting behind a desk. Sitting behind a desk was, for my waist line, the worst move I've ever made. Went from a 34" waist up to a 38" (I'm now struggling to maintain a 36" waist). |
