His crime was "Broom, 53, was sentenced to death for the rape and killing of a 14-year-old girl in Cleveland in 1984." yet his lawyer thinks its cruel that he should suffer whilst they prod him for 2 hours looking for a vein?

Just put him in general population with a t-shirt saying "i raped a kid then killed her". Problem solved
