Hence the "" around "freedom". Maybe I'm just arguing that we should fight to keep the illusion alive.

This is very unnerving especially since anti terror legislation has a habit if being used for more mundane things.

That prat Johnson is upset that he can't lock someone away without telling them why or showing any evidence!

The government's ignored the High Court before, they'll do it again - at least until they lean on the Supreme Court to side with them.

within the Magna Carta is the right to have appeal against 'false imprisonment'
this has held us in good stead for 800 years, i see no reason for change

even upto and including if 'our' (so called) masters can't or are unable too cope with current circumstance …
