No reason, they do every friggin' thing else according to my mum.

She works at a library and they now make them hand out little free doggy bags full of condoms to teenagers. Selling books seems a more likely suggestion than a jonny pusher.

First of all, :shock:

Secondly, I'm happy to say Private Eye have been somewhat covering Hodge's antics for some time on this :D
