As the article points out, will anyone care if they don't get to keep it? Guess it depends on if you can come back to the episode later in the day etc... Frankly if I was paying, I'd wanna own it :?

So that's about a pound fifty (a pound at best) per show. What a rip off.

Isn't it more likely that if it's $1.99 it'll be £1.99, if not more.


Either way it's not worth it, that would be £35 - £50 for a series of 24 (and it's not even worth paying for).

I'd struggle to pay a tenner for a series of something I really liked, I'd pay £2 for a film though.

That's got me thinking I'm now envisaging some sort of subscription model where you pay (say £20 - £30) monthly and you can pick and choose say two or three series to watch and nothing else, maybe you could pay extra for extras on top of your monthly package, a bit like Lovefilm or something.
