He almost certainly will. There's always been at least one conviction of someone who gave someone else HIV due to sleeping with them when they already knew they were infected. This sounds like being much more pre-meditated even than that.

If I was his lawyer, I'd be going for the 'my client is a mentalist' defense.

I'm guessing they won't go near him if they know what his case was about - not unless they're fully kitted out :twisted:

I mean, what on earth convinced him that that would be a good idea? How did he expect her to react?
