That's horrible. Hope the guy goes to prison.

He almost certainly will. There's always been at least one conviction of someone who gave someone else HIV due to sleeping with them when they already knew they were infected. This sounds like being much more pre-meditated even than that.

If I was his lawyer, I'd be going for the 'my client is a mentalist' defense.
