Why on Earth are they cutting things given the state of the economy? To be honest I'd rather bingo duty went up and NI got left alone, I pay enough NI as it is! |

I did see a comment on BBC's Have Your Say suggesting that the upper limit on NI should be removed so higher earners pay more. They are going to have to look beyond bank bonuses. |
