Latest estimates suggest that £11.2bn of the £27.7bn owed in March this year is unlikely to be collected.

Now, I'm wondering if that was just the money for March ;)

They should try working where I am... Most of the machines are still 256MB Athlon XP 1.2Ghz!

They can't even run Windows XP effectively, let alone run something like MS Office 2003 on it! :(

My old work used to have the same issue. Thankfully they realised that Pentium III's weren't up to the job and hey got Athlon 64's instead.

Pentium IIIs? We still have a couple of 286s pottering along under one desk and they threw out some Pentium and Pentium II machines this year!

We still have an original IBM PC dual floppy in the cupboard!
