If I was that desperate to watch a DVD straight away, I'd drive to ASDA (just as cheap) or HMV (better selection) and buy it. |

I think this is Amazon's first step to total online retail of movies, a toe in the water if you will, think of the overheads they'll be able to get rid of not using the post, I'm guessing that's what the driving factor is here |

I'd rather have a digital copy that I can stick on my iPod. |
