Any F1 fans out there will probably know about the proposed rule changes for 2010. Basically the FIA has proposed a two tier grid. If a team can keep their budget (not including drivers salaries or engine costs) below £40 million, that team would have greater freedom as far as engine revs, aerodynamics, larger KERS etc.
Well, Ferrari have basically said if these regulations go ahead, they will pull out of F1!!

Think they'll do it? I think we might see the budget cap proposals dropped pretty sharpish. Love them or hate them, F1 without Ferrari is like chips without salt and vinegar.
