The only thing I ever liked about Saab was a particular car at the Motor Show circa 1994 which had the smoothest-opening cup-holder I had and still have ever come across. |

Since the 9000 they've been building tat. I temp'ed at Saab's offices in Maidenhead for a while, talking to the person who dealt with warranty claims from owners convinced me I don't ever want to buy a Saab that was built by GM. |

I've driven a few 900 Turbos and a couple of 93 cabrios, very nice cars - can't say about the models since 2002. My brother has a 95 V6 Turbo (big T, the one with the proper power turbo) and loves it. A bit of a shame, that they are gone. I can think of a lot of other GM companies that are less worthy - just look at the tat that Vauxhall/Opel have turned out over the years... ![]() |
