£20m sounds like a grand figure, but after all these decades and the amount of victims it doesn't add up to much IMO...

I'd imagine that the ~£43k each wouldn't go very far towards all the wheelchairs etc they need. :(

Aren't the victims mostly dead already? I only knew one, and she died in her late thirties from a heart problem.
