Regardless of the Fine, Intel has come out of this laughing.
They crippled AMD with these dodgy going on back when AMD had superior CPU's. Now it doesn't matter that they have to play fair as AMD no longer have a competitive product.
Would AMD be in a better position now if they'd made more money back then to invest in future CPU's? MAybe.
