Regarding CGI, has it really been a problem with the recent comic book films? It looked the stuff in Iron Man that's for sure, sh1tty Spidey doesn't even overdo it, it only really got a bit mad at the end of the Hulk, and it wasn't the best film anyway
Meanwhile Batman is back on track for at least another film, nothing short of a minor miracle and even WB realise that, you have both DC and Marvel actually preparing strategies so that the films can maintain the quality of their best efforts and scale up the under-performers alongside them for a cohesive set of films. All of which may just build up to the best sort of comic book stories getting shown on screen, I'm talking about what Stallone's trying to do with The Expendables, get a dream team of the biggest characters/actors in a genre all in the one film.
