that's why banks/invest arms/brokers/financial services etc should have all bonuses/profits taxed at 90% until all the debt they have has been repaid to the taxpayer and even that is mild to what i would like to do too them
and if they wish to relocate overseas all their assets should be taxed at 90% before they are able to make the move …
