I do like boris But sometime he should think before talking and see his legal service to see where the law is before making statements

That sounds more like something he's personally upset about more than anything

He does make some very good points though, and there's always somebody bloody digging round here - it's annoying just having to walk round these areas never mind having to sit in traffic because of 'em

Boris does often suggest sensible things in his Telegraph column, which is a bit of a surprise baring in mind how he struggles to make sense whilst speaking! The cynic in me wonders if they're ghost-written.
