Saying something about a person from Cornwall is like someone saying something about someone from Somerset or Lancashire or Sussex or whatever...

TBH it's now a bit odd that "**** off back to India" is considered racist and "**** back to Cornwall" isn't. I guess the major difference is that Cornwall is pretty much white.

Depends on the context and level of ignorance I'd say - and you could often apply that to the 'victim' too, these things can get horrifically out of hand...

It's where some people chase each other round a track until either they're all exhausted or someone wins. I think.

Well the definition always changes in given instances doesn't it, but in this case, I think the EHRC have bigger fish to fry really... I suppose in general, you're into physical characteristics or behaviour needing to be quite different to be considered 'another race'. Yes, those people are definitely foreign to me

Edd has been known to shout " Drive them back to France! back to France!!! " during rugby games. Is that racist? also isn't cornwall a keltic region like wales and ireland? surely they could exploit that
