So, one week Sky come along, tear up the road and lay their cables. A week later, Carphone Whorehouse come along and do the same...followed by Virgin.... What's wrong with this picture??? Also, budget bidding rounds 101 - if there's a threat that funds will be diverted in the event of an underspend, there WON'T be an underspend. The BBC may end up with one [LIFTED] of paper clips and note pads, but there won't be an underspend. |

What would be more useful is if the various parts of BT actually spoke to each other. We had a massive outage a couple of weeks ago and BT were beyond useless. |

This will likely be more of a disaster than Openreach. Which is saying something. |

Breaking it up is the worst of all possible choices. The Conservatives do not seem to have learnt that not everything can be broken up to run more efficiently. Stripping BT of the local loop may be much more effective. |
