Clearly not the sharpest pencil in the case. Though maybe the insurance company should refuse to pay out as she clearly did not take sensible precautions. |

Well if insurance companies in California are anything like their British counterparts, they'll refuse to pay out on the basis that there are no signs of forced entry. |

Yes but how many people can tolerate a $1.2 Million loss if the insurance company will not pay out. Not a lot I would suspect. |
