It's very, very late. So I'm not sure if it will. Intel already have Clarkdale with GPU on die and are at 32nm as of last month. Fusion's gonna have to be very, very impressive - or very, very cheap.

32nm? Intel are there now. By the time AMD get this out, Intel will nearly be at 22mn.

AMD have released better chips than Intel before, I have no doubt they'll manage it again.
Let's not also forget AMD still beat Intel on price/performance.

Yeah, but that ain't "back in the game" is it? They'll need Intel to make something crap like they did the last time AMD ran tings in 2004.
