Perhaps she should take on her own apparent cake addiction first. Does she even have children? |

I actually get more violent tendancies when playing Football manager. Theres nothing like your keeper getting a broken leg when you have made the choice not to have a keeper on the bench to really make your blood boil, or why your defender has decided that that attacker needs to be left alone until they score!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Actually desensitising probably helps with real life. What is more important is the ability to react appropriately when required. Secondly who really gives young kids violent games anyway? Once they are older and able to tell the difference between games and reality then yes. |

The "scientific" test was [LIFTED]. First of all, the doctor running the test was also responsible for testing the kids....so no double-blind testing. Secondly, if you watched really carefully, every time it was a FIFA-kid, he dropped the pens then made a move to pick them up himself. At this point, they all stepped to join in. However, when it was a COD-kid, the doc sat perfectly still and carried on with the questions. Of course they aren't gonna move until they see him do it! Each time it was a COD-kid, the child watched what the doc did and responded likewise. If the doc isn't going to pick up his own mistake, then why should the kid join in? Anyway, COD WAW is a 15, so none of those kids should have been playing it anyway....that's what the robust rating system is for ![]() |

So Supernanny is taking on violent video games? Is she also taking on the parents that allow them to play (and probably purchase for them) games that have a whalloping great '18' sticker on the front? Jon |
