It's an interesting one from a legal perspective, as in the UK you cannot be found guilty purely on the basis of their own confession (see the case of Albert Haigh who nearly got away after dissolving his victims in sulphuric acid, only the gall stone was left but that was sufficient evidence on top). Will be interesting to see what line the police take, as smothering someone strikes me as being rather more involved than supplying drugs that are then self-administered. |
