http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/8521105.stm Sounds like a sensible outcome in terms of the case, and Moir's column was a bad job all round, but there's all sorts of questions about Gately's death that sprang up afterwards - drugs were alleged to be present, a threesome, conflicting statements etc. all depending on what section of the press you were reading of course, but still... |

I agree. It would have been wrong to prosecute either her or the newspaper, even though she said some horrible and truly shocking things. My jaw really did hit the floor when I read it, but I do believe in her right to say it. |
