The basic premise is fine but there need to be safeguards against this being used maliciously. |

I suspect this could become the law that justifies what they wanted to do with the other laws, only they found they weren't elastic enough

Yes but they did not cover online bullying. Maybe adding amendments by statutory instruments to existing legislation would be best of all. |
