Could she finish out the rest of the sentence (if it came to that) over here, but tagged? :?

If her story's genuine that's the best I can come up with...

Yes but have they actually had a look at her mother to assess how little she can do for herself? It could be a sham. It all needs a closer look to see where the real truth lies.

That's what I mean, if her story checks out. It's a good indicator maybe that she got so far away from her previous life, at least by the looks of it...

Yes but since much of the mafia is run by women now while their men are in prison, it is hard to tell. She could be as guilty as they say. There is a lot more to this story than we know.

She's living in Blackpool! Isn't that sentence enough? :o

Hang on. The Italians gave her a sentence, but let her out early? They can't really turn round now and say "we've decided that we want her to serve more of it". They shouldn't have let her out in the first place.

But if she is here and that breaks her probation, then that seems perfectly acceptable to ask her to return to serve out the balance of her sentence.

 I must have missed that bit. I didn't know she'd broken probation.

I am not sure that she broke probation. I was just saying that it would be a reason for them to ask for her back.
