Yes and how many will be scams? The smaller pacific island states may definitely need help, not so sure that japan will need money. ;)

you not heard of all the reports coming in? My american friend said she was watching the news and people on phone to news cast live and he mentioned HAARP and was promptly censored and was told that they weren't allowed to discuss HAARP. that itself is going to wake up even more people and arouse suspicions I bet

It's not like a huge secret - http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/ - the FAQ even gives you the coordinates of the facility. As big secrets go, this isn't really that well kept IMHO.
They may have been censored by which ever news organisation simply because they didn't want to entertain the 'lunatic fringe' maybe?

Oh dear god. I've been reading the conspiracy theories this morning and some of the quotes are absolutely Laugh Out Loud. Thats right, they're so laugh out loud I have to say the words rather than type lol. I'm at work now but if I get a chance later I'll cut and paste some quotes in.
