In his book The End Of The Party, political commentator Andrew Rawnsley sys Mr Blair was badly affected both physically and mentally by the progress of the Iraq War.

The book, serialised in The Observer, says Mr Blair "spaced out" several times during Prime Minister's Questions and often woke up sweating during the night.
