Nasty Nigel Farage is unrepentant, and is trying to justify his outburst last week.

Quote:
Mr Farage denied his remarks were a personal slur on Mr Van Rompuy, saying they were part of the "lively debate" needed in Parliament.

He really is a nasty little man.

We should deny him the oxygen of publicity. That is, after all, what this whole thing has been about.

He turns up and Question Time far too much for my liking. He adds nothing to the debate other than a target for shots across the bow form the audience. UKIP have to be on for the same reasons the BNP got a place.

I think that they have a sizeable number of MEP's and as such are a valid party. I think that they are a waste of time. They would do more damage to the country that they imagine. If they want us to leave then expect to delays when you go on holiday to Europe. Many Brits could end up being deported from Europe unless they can get their employers to vouch for them. It would mean that we could lose benefits like the E111 system. It would end up being a bind for anyone travelling.
