The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal need to improve their act. There are too many occasions were lawyers do this and are not punished, they should be stuck off and if a firm is guilty they should strike off every single solicitor working for them, unless of course they were whistle blowers. That would encourage solicitors to blow the whistle on firms if they abuse their powers. Solicitors should be held to a higher standard.
