Yes, but under New Labour you can choose whether you want the cupboard, storeroom or kitchen ;)

Plans that the Conservatives will make policy pledges!

I was surprised that they were not already used as nurse accommodation, or had been sold as prime property by some estate agent.

TBH with the cutbacks, the pressure to get patients in and out of hospital so quickly, I'm not surprised. However I've not experienced anything like this.
