I'm sure there will be some things buried in the small print that will require us to bend over and take it. There always is.

Probably, and that may well play into the Tories hands if he starts spending unnecessarily when the budget deficit is already so high. The middle classes labour rely on won't like that.

I expect it will be a tax neutral budget with little to say. I will be at the IFS Post budget analysis the next day and it will be interesting to see what they think of it.
