Now, that seems to be a good punishment.
She effectively stole $500, and looses her job, has to do 500 hours of community service, and has to give up two fur coats, a video camera and an Xbox.
Nicely done judge - I think that's really good.

It is not unexpected. Quite a lot of the former mayors of Baltimore have been found guilty of corruption.

That makes sense. If seizures were used to enhance the police or reimburse victims then that is good.
