That is of course immensely cute and smile-inducing.

However, interrupting Darwinian selection simply means the dumb ass mother is going to bread another dumb ass brood next year. In a few years there could be hundreds of these daffy ducks breeding in stupid places, expecting people to quite literally "bail them out" when they jump :?
