These are the people who send food to the cities. If not at exactly the same level these people should have something bordering on similar to the rest of the population. Some previous government obvioulsy thought it important for them to get phone lines, so why not decent BB?

At the end of the day because of the population density then people in remote areas will have the service effectively subsidised. You see that in healthcare and unemployment benefits etc. with little complaint, so why the issue for what should be a public service here?
