It’s entrapment - and if true shows that the media companies are very likely seeding content anywhere and everywhere in order to inflate their claims of mass piracy.

There's at least one major satellite provider who seeds the encryption used on their cards to see what ends up where. Allegedly.

Claims are only half of it. It's a good way of shifting crap - people download it and then you instruct a team of parasites to send them letters asking for £500 to make the case "go away".

I wonder if they think that a few extra piracy claims at £500 a shot will make up for the lost profits that they think that they deserve.
