If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

we have PCSOs in my town, they are pretty much a joke tbh. was shocked a few days ago when i saw 2 REAL policemen walking the streets. One of my friends got stop-and-searched by a policeman because there was a big group of us and she was carrying a Tescos shopping bag, i think they were shocked when they found it was full of frisbees

What just cause did they give for the search?

it was a long time ago, but i dont think they did. i think they thought we might have been underage, and the bag was full of booze, or something. underage drinking is a fairly big problem in my town, the pubs are always full of year 11s when we go out on a night, but we dont say anything to the bartenders because a lot of them have older siblings

Nearly everytime I see a 'cop' walking down the street I realise when I get closer its a plastic - or the City Council Community Protection Officers, whatever they are.

I see more traffic wardens over here now, and I honestly couldn't tell you who was more effective in terms of effective presence

Have you ever seen the blind panic when it is mentioned that a traffic warden is in the area? ;)
