Then follow that up with prosecuting the Social Services and their useless care agencies as well but that is another thing entirely.  My wife's brother is severely disabled and his social worker is constantly at odds with his managers regarding his welfare so they are not all bad. |

Yes but if the managers do not allow the staff do do their job then the managers should be in the firing line legally. |
