http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/8579270.stm I like the logo, but it’s not as good as the MInistry of Space one. Which ever one they use, I can’t imagine that it will be as dynamic as the logo suggests, what with the USA grounding Moon missions, and us not contributing much to the ESA.

About time we had a single body, I just hope they get enough funding to make an impact.
I prefer the look of the second logo, but it is a little too RAF. The first is a little too athletic.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

The amount we contribute to the ESA compared to France, Germany and Italy is embarrassing.

If you know the story, it’s intentionally a development of the RAF logo.

Crikey, I hope any UK-funded space vehicles aren't built here - we had enough trouble with Rover. Can you imagine orbiting the Earth listening to an old coke can or cheese sandwich knocking around behind one of the instrument panels...

The UK has a leading space industry! Other than the Beagle 2 incident, our space vehicles and satellites are usually top-notch.

There are many UK satellite components on many of the other satellites going around the earth.

Logo a copy of one used in Dr Who claim. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/ne ... r-Who.htmlThis is curious. NASA shared a logo/badge designer with the producers of Star Trek.

Unfortunately, my very first thought was the same as their reply: "It is inevitable if you combine the Union Flag with a space theme."
Your remit is to make the Union flag look like a rocket. What do you draw?
