Good on him, though it all could have gone horribly wrong :oops:

There's been a few cases (alleged) recently of this sort of behaviour - some of the people behind COD: MW2 going to court for example over being fired just before big payouts...

The problem for companies that do this is that they may find it harder to recruit talent. It can be a short term move.
