I can see the benefit of the BBC content in HD, but the best content the nature documentaries are worth getting on disk anyway.

I was reading somewhere that HD broadcasts are not allowed to be timeshifted which is why there are no Freeview HD PVRs at the moment.Which is annoying as I would like one.

Maybe with so few people actually watching the regular shows and all watching time-shifted versions they are hoping to profit from additional BD sales?
