The whole thing has been at the behest of outdated businesses from the start, and even worse, it's a global effort now with ACTA

It will not get debated fully because there are too many contentious elements in the bill and they have made promises to the industries and foreign governments so will look fools if it gets stopped.

This is not the only part of the bill that is of concern. If you are a photographer, artist etc., it allows for your work to be declared “orphaned” if you cannot be traced and for it to be used with a payment going to a government pot which you can claim if you surface.

The Tories have nudged the bill through its second reading

You can smell the BS in the quotes in the article. If they didn't like the bill as it stands then they should not have supported it.

Jeremy Hunt has always been a right Jeremy Hunt... You only have to hear/see/read his opinions on the BBC to know that

I'm writing a letter to my MP, firstly asking why the f*ck he isn't showing up to work as he didn't attend it

VERY few MPs actually bothered to turn up

I think it's a disgrace that the Tories have whined about it yet have said they will vote for it!

I pointed out that this bill will not stop pirates, nor discourage them as they will find a way around it

If I saw my MP (and recognised him/her) I'd take the opportunity to impart some "voter" dissatisfaction right in their stupid face.

Unless you are in a marginal you will not see them. They will be rarer than rocking horse poo. If you are in a marginal you will see lots of them so let rip! :D
