He was in a toy car! I could understand if it had been a real car. But a toy car?!??? Bit like being on a (pedal) scooter or a skateboard IMO and he shouldn't have been banned.

I agree but technically he was in a motorised vehicle and did already have a number of points. He was a fool. He has topped anything I have done! :D

You can still lose your licence if you are on a push bike, how is this different?
