As noticed by The H, if you visit the home of the Sun ODF Plugin for Microsoft Office, there's still a big red button that says you can "Get it Now. Free." But if you actually click on that button, Oracle says you can't get it now unless you fork over $9,000. That's $90 per user, with a minimum of 100 users.

This could hinder any sort of transition to OpenOffice (Or StarOffice) from MS Office by companies. It's not a good thing whatever way you slice it...

Still Oracle makes money, Sun rarely did...

Well Oracle have a captive market in some respects. They are very profitable. They need to keep Larry Ellison supplied with Super Yachts. :D
