Activision's community manager, Dan Amrich has revealed that the bonuses due to former Infinity Ward bosses Jason West and Vince Zampella will be redistributed among the studio.

When Activision forcibly removed the two bosses from Infinity Ward, the initial questions were over a large unpaid bonus.

That talk has largely died down but now Dan Amrich has revealed the fate of the large bonus owed West and Zampella.

"Vince and Jason had very large bonuses; those bonuses are being redistributed to everybody else, to the people who did not allegedly attempt to steal company secrets," Amrich explained.

"Activision is not pocketing that bonus money; it's still going to the people who work at IW. But you have to work at IW to get it, see? I don't want to see talented people screwed out of a paycheck any more than you do."

Given the public seems to be backing West and Zampella in the ugly, drawn out legal battle with Activision, we can't think this revelation will be helping the publisher all that much.
