The only personality disorder seems to be a work shy tw*t of a dad who also happens to be the end of a bell
He clearly doesn't want to work as they openly fiddle the system. Being drunk or hungover is not 'ill' however. Kick them out, cut the benefits (I mean really, getting your own council house because your sprog is energetic? really? |

Tbh, I wonder how much they were paid for that story in Closer, and whether it became 'sexed up' as a result. And I also wonder is Closer a part of Desmond's empire... |

The benefits agency will be almost certainly looking at their case. The fact that he was drinking to "control his personality disorder" would contradict everyone else's impression of alcohol. I know people who get really aggressive after a few drinks, in a way that would be called a personality disorder. Has the NHS given an assessment of his personality disorder? |

I thought housing benefit for council accommodation was paid directly so no chance of non payment of rent. That said councils do not help people move once they are housed. They are considered a very low priority. So people have to abuse the system to move. |
