Well, 500MB might not sound like very much but at least they're going for honesty. There's a huge difference between the usage of people who do or do not use multimedia applications. I imagine you could use 500MB quite easily in one evening on BeebPlayer, and even Spotify would only take 10 hours or so. Since mobile bandwidth is incredibly highly contended by it's very nature, it's a valuable commodity. I wonder how many people will receive their over-usage text on day one... |

I think this is a step in the right direction, and I applaud Vodafone for doing this. If only other ISPs would do the same. |

Nicola signed up with Orange and their Internet clearly stated 500MB too - and not even in the small print, in full view ![]() |

I am glad that they are finally getting honest about the limits. Unlimited should mean unlimited. This does mean that they could still offer unlimited but most likely at a much higher price. |
